In surgery that removes excess skin from the eyelids and bags, which clears the look, giving us a rejuvenated and more rested appearance. In addition, when the excess of skin is significant, it can cause visual fatigue and a feeling of heaviness, and with surgery an immediate improvement is also achieved in that aspect.

AFTER SURGERY
It is an outpatient procedure and then at home care includes lubricating your eyes with an ointment. Your eyes will likely feel a little tense and sore as the anesthesia wears off, however, your surgeon may prescribe medications for pain and to reduce your discomfort.
You will be instructed to keep your head elevated for several days and to use cold compresses to reduce swelling and bruising if they occur. You will be taught how to clean your eyes, which may get a little sticky for about a week.
Artificial tear drops are recommended, as your eyes will feel a bit dry at first and you may feel your eyes burning or itching. For the first few weeks, you may also experience excessive tearing and sensitivity to light. Wearing dark glasses to go out helps protect your eyelids from sunlight. The stitches are removed between 5 to 6 days.
