Tattoo Removal

The removal of a tattoo leads to improving the social, family, work and mental condition of the people who consult for its removal.

The removal of a tattoo leads to improving the social, family, work and mental condition of the people who consult for its removal.

The mechanism of action of the laser combines the vaporization-fragmentation of the ink and the redistribution by our lymphatic system to the lymph nodes.

To remove a tattoo, we will use a color laser antagonist to the color of the ink with sufficient power and in a very short time so that the skin does not receive heat for a long time.

The amount of melanin in the skin will compete with the ink for laser absorption.  Darker skin will absorb more lasers than lighter skin and it is easier to generate depigmentation when preferential wavelengths are used for melanin, such as lasers in the colors green, red and those in the near infrared range.

Each treatment session consists of exposing the tattoo to a laser that produces small strokes or pulses of intense light that passes through the upper layers of the skin and selectively absorbs the tattoo pigments.

The laser causes a fragmentation of these pigments that give off tiny particles that are then removed by the immune system naturally without any problems.

Removing a tattoo does it hurt?

As we well know, getting a tattoo always involves pain, it can be minimal or it can be tremendous, it will depend on each person and many other factors. The truth is that, in the same way,  remove a tattoo  it will always hurt and it will also depend on different variants. To enhance the patient's experience, we apply local anesthesia to minimize pain.
